1. I have a special badn, can I fix your band to my watch?
  • Yes and not, it is possible but limiting only to the classic watchbands/straps that we sell.
  • Our models are classic so they fit in about 95% of watches, but not on all, like for example Casio because they have a special fix on straps (same on Tag Heuer smartwatches for examples- but in that case we make the print if you ship us the original band)
2. I have a 17mm or 19mm or 21mm straps and would know if your bands are good for width.
  • Yes, we tried with many watches and for example if you need 17mm, our 18mm is good because 1 mm is nothing and you can fix the band to your watch.
  • The same if you need 19mm band, we have our 20mm, and if you need 21mm our 22mm is fine for your watch. Leather is flexible and 1mm is nothing.
3. Do you realize also different modified custom made designes of your catalogue on my choice?
  • Absolutely Yes, we can realize any type of image. If you like an image that is available, and want this but in another color or with a special writing, buy the selected one and click on the extra option payment form (10€ simple-20€ medium-30€ difficult) and we will realize it!
  • If you want us to realize a completely new image on your design or develop a new one send us an email with image and we will let you know.
  • Your Image must respect speciphic dimensions to be worked with best quality
4. Q Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes, we ship internationally in most of countries. Please check on the selected form the Country where you live and please make attention to the Custom additional costs that you have to pay when you receive the band. This NOT depends on us, and we cannot declare zero value or declare as “gift” for Custom reasons.
5. Can I realize a custom bracelet with your design?
  • We will soon be ready to realize big leather and also other one of a kind bracelets.
  • We will advice on site when ready, but not so much...stay tuned.
6. Can I return a band I don’t like?
  • Since our service is ''made to tailored'', we cannot accept returns for orders made. The right of withdrawal cannot be applied for products or services made to tailored or on customer's request, so customized,as it has been stated from Consumer Code art.59/c. We add to be correct with customers,that this has been stated from same Antitrust products, where is clear that ''returns are not possible when it has stated that the changes applied to the products cannot come back to the original state''.
  • Notwithstanding we do all we can to let you to be happy, we cannot accept returns due to the speciphic choice that it is individual and , one time printed, that band it is not possible for us, to use again dued to the personal customization.
7. Is your band leather material?
  • Yes, we use only leather, on straps to print on, and soon we will use also steel.
8. I am interested in buying many bands. Can you apply a discount to me?

10. I need a 16mm short band and 24 or 26mm large band.
I have seen you have only 18/20/22mm width...
  • We actually work on main dimensions and widths that are 99% of market widths.
  • In some case we can work 24mm but not now, sure on next months.
  • Maybe in the future we will use also shorter and bigger measure.
  • We could make also one for you, but this could cost much money.

11. I need the straps as soon as possible. How to do?
  • Notwithstanding we work with postal service and fast courier service, we cannot guarantee that if courier says 4 days for example, for international service, your band will arrive in exactly 4 days. This could happen for strikes, particular period of the year, or any other problem, and this does not depends on us. But with fast courier you will have at 99% your band very fastly.
12. The band I ordered has not again arrived. How to do?
  • Please check the tracking with your local postal service.
  • With postal service sometimes it could be a delay, but this not depends on us.
  • Usually shipping times are respected.
13. How can I pay for my order?
  • Click on PayPal or Credit Card upon checkout.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept major debit cards and credit cards (American Express, Mastercard and Visa), Apple Pay and Paypal.
15. At checkout, it says “A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.” What should I do?
  • Please make sure that all informations entered are 100% correct and that there is no any spelling mistake. Please also avoid short forms of City.
  • If the details are right but still the payment cannot be made, please contact us and we will get back to you shortly.
16. I paid with my credit / debit card, but I get an email from PayPal.
